Flooring that fits your new home perfectly.

LVT

LVT Warranty

Please complete the warranty form below.

Important part from the warranty:

  • Almost all flooring will vary in colour over time when exposed to UV light. Avoid this by using curtains or sunscreens when the sun is very bright.
  • Avoid rubber or latex backed mats as they may leave stains. Also rubber and latex castors (we advice castors type ‘W’ in accordance with EN 12529) or protection caps under furniture cannot be used.
  • Protect against scratching from furniture feet by using wide free-moving castors, glides, rollers or felt pads. Use furniture caps under heavy items or appliances to prevent indentation.
  • In case of loose lay installation, damage of the vinyl flooring caused by heavy overload or sliding activities is not covered by the warranty conditions.
  • Do not allow cigarettes, matches and other very hot items to contact the floor as this causes permanent damage.
Important: Cleaning or maintenance may only take place if the Design Floors are correctly installed and there are no visible imperfections.

20 Year Residential Warranty

The Warranty is conditional on the following:
That the LVT floor has been professionally installed by a qualified installer.
Qualified installer status is obtained when an installer has achieved a National Vocational Qualification in Resilient Flooring installation at Level 2 or above.
That the LVT floor has been installed in accordance with the directions contained within the LVT Installation Instructions PD and BS8203 (the standard for installation of resilient flooring) and using approved adhesives.
That the floor is used domestically and has been regularly maintained, using approved products and following the current guidelines.
That precautions have been taken to prevent indentation from heavy point loading (e.g. furniture) and excess surface scratching.
